All sales on LueElle Designs & Apparel are FINAL SALE. If you don't love your shirt, we'll do our best to address the issue. However, we do not offer refunds. 

If the product is defective or you received the wrong product, we're happy to send a replacement.

We'll happily allow exchanges for items in their original condition when:

• The item you purchased is defective 
• The item you purchased is incomplete
• The item you purchased is incorrect

EXCHANGES

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
